Sony today introduced the RDR-HXD1095 which climbs the HDD-HD recorder throne. A not yet understated recorder typical chassis houses an enormous 500GB memory capable of recoding and storing up to 1.420 hours of TV in a Full HD 1080p playback quality and the flagship is of course capable of upscaling signals. Apart the rare innards the system also features the BRAVIA Sync management, direct HDD camcorder connection for direct digital dubbing and a digital DVB-T receiver.
